Brownfield site – 5 new dwellings

I have worked on a number of developments from single plots to small residential schemes. Some clients have come to me with garden plots, whilst others have larger parcels of land. I have also helped other clients identify areas of re-development  for existing sites.

This project was for 5 new dwellings on a brownfield site.

Areas that had to be considered were the location of the proposed access, driver visibility 2.4m back from the highway in either direction, ecology surveys, arboricultural survey and a planning report ; the latter was written by a planning specialist.

A drive around of the local area, looking at neighbouring properties, enabled me to identify what might be accepted as part of this outline application.

I offer a free initial site visit for all new customers, where I come out to site and talk through the positives and negatives of any particular site; giving you an understanding of what your options could be. Following this stage , I can arrange for a more in depth study with a planning consultant ; should you so wish. The planning consultant I use has worked on both large and small developments across Norfolk.
