Class Q Application , Norfolk

My client approached me to draw up plans for a Class Q permitted development application for as many new dwellings as possible in a complex of agricultural barns.

There was a size limit at the time that allowed for one unit up to 450m2 and also smaller units up to 100m2 in any application. My client wanted to maximise the potential of the site, and I was able to come up with a floor plan whereby we could fit 5 new dwellings in the existing footprint of the barn.

Due to the history associated with the site and proximity to a listed church , this project is still ongoing.
