Management of internal alterations and extension – Banningham, Norfolk

Project manager for the refurbishment and extension from a one bedroom to 3 bedroom cottage. The traditionally built one bedroom cottage was very tired and damp and had to be taken back to just bare walls and roof prior to refurbishment.
The old part of the cottage was insulated , re-wired, damp injected and remodelled into a large kitchen/dining area with downstairs bedroom/study and the roof area coverted into a second bedroom . The large extension added a 3rd bedroom/ ensuite and bathroom upstairs; with a large sitting room downstairs opening out into the large South facing garden.
