Farmhouse Norfolk

Design and project management of a double storey extension to a Norfolk Farmhouse; encorporating a new kitchen and dining area with a first floor bedroom and ensuite. The client brief was to blend the extension in with the existing house, to make it appear it had always been there. As well as the planning permission and Building regulations application , we also managed to the individual subcontractors all the materials.

The bricks were handmade, a specialist joinery company matched the new sash windows to the design of the existgin sahs windows and the complete roof was replaced with natural slate to ensure there was no obvious change in roof from the old to the new extension. We can recommend all of the contractors we worked with on this extension and the client was especially pleased with the handmade kitchen made by – Bryan Glegg https://www.bryanglegg.co.uk/
