Designs were drawn up to refurbish an old bungalow and add a single storey kitchen/dining extension to the rear of the property. A loft conversion was also included to make use of the large loft space.
Prior to the work the bungalow didn’t have a central entrance for the rest of the house to flow off. The two main doors to the front gave access into a utility room or into the bedroom area. We created a new hall entrance with staircase to the first floor and a rear kitchen/dining extension that was fully glazed and took in the views over the Waveney valley.
