About

Stuart mortonI have been working in construction for over 20 years . Initially I gained hands on experience of extending/renovating Norfolk houses and barns for myself and clients.

More recently and prior to moving into the design and planning side of things, I was a Construction Site Manager for a Norfolk Based Construction Company (JS Hay Ltd) where I managed the construction of Schools, large developments and Barn conversions.

Now my interests lie in designing extensions, residential development, obtaining planning permissions and building regulations applications. What this means is that I not only know how to pull together your planning application but I also know how it should be built, and to a high standard.

Having grown up on a Norfolk Farm I also understand the nature of farming businesses and the need for diversification and discretion.

Putting together my previous construction experience, present planning and design skills and local knowledge, I am able to offer a level of service you probably won’t find anywhere else. Meaning that I not only know how to pull together your planning application but I also know how it should be built, and to a high standard.
Projects I have managed/worked on include :

Rather than installing individual heating to each barn, there […]
